COWI AS (from 1 January 2005, Interconsult ASA changed its name to COWI AS) is a consulting engineering firm based in Norway. The company represents a multi-disciplinary group of professionals working in natural resources management, planning and design within buildings, transportation and environmental protection. Ninety percent of our activities are in the Norwegian market.

International projects are executed by the international division. Clients include public and private agencies in Norway, international funding agencies, development banks and non-governmental organisations.
